Job responsibilities :
· Knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, attendance management, payroll coordination, employee engagement, and other HR operations
· Good communication and interpersonal skills.
·  Proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office applications
· Experience in the healthcare/hospital industry will be preferred
· Knowledge of hospital accreditation processes, particularly JCI and NABH, is essential

Required Skills and Qualifications :
* Experience: Minimum 3 years
* Education: MBA/PGDM in Human Resources
* Experience in the healthcare/hospital industry will be preferred
